On double lot with waterfront(lake) lot located diagonally across from the property. 2 BR(1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Singles), 3 PC Bath, washer & dryer. Open concept living area/kitchen, sliding doors with lake view, wrap around deck. Gas Furnace & Central Air. The space Leamington is located on the north shores of Lake Erie and is just a day trip from London, Kitchener-Waterloo, northeastern Ohio, and southeastern Michigan and is world renowned for its bird watching and outdoor activities. Located on the 42nd parallel Leamington Ontario is in line with Northern California, the French Riviera and Rome Italy. Thousands of visitors from all over the world travel to the Windsor-Essex to see the variety of birds that flock to the area as we are known as one of North America's premier bird-watching hot spots. Cyclists and hikers will love our expansive trail system which allows them a safe scenic exploration from our roadside fruit and vegetable stands our u-pick produce or our diverse culinary fabric which is strongly influenced by the local agricultural landscape.With so much to do and see, you can visit Point Pelee and enjoy the beach or visit Pelee Island and enjoy the day with Wine tasting and cycling. Maybe even take a more relaxed approach while strolling our scenic waterfront and taking in the music at one of our weekend waterfront musical performances or enjoying Art @ the Marina. Bring the family to one of our exciting Festivals and Events held throughout the year or beat the heat at our splash pad beach volleyball court and with a day at Seacliff Beach. Whatever kind of vacation you are looking for we have something for everyone! Guest access Our guests have Lakefront access from our lot across the street. There's a picnic table with a beautiful view. The side lot is large enough to have an impromptu soccer game, badminton or croquet. Other things to note 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the cottage. You may smoke outside. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed occupancy limit agreed to above. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors. Code enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am. 4. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or less that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 7. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. 8. Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing, applicable fines and towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 9. Housekeeping. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the cottage, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please bring beach towels. You are welcome to use the Washer and Dryer respectively. 10. Garbage. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the cottage. 11. Storms and Unexpected Weather. If there is a storm or other unexpected weather, no refunds will be given.
