It is extremely quiet at night, as the location is impassable for classic transit traffic. The area offers many opportunities for trips to the surroundings and for nature lovers it is ideal for rediscovering peace outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Guest access The apartment is situated on the ground floor in a new part of the complex with its own entrance for greater privacy. The apartment also has a private terrace with garden furniture. During their stay, guests can use the services of the PRIVATE SPA & WELLNESS VILLA IVICA (wellness, sauna, hot tub), which are available in the building throughout the year. During the summer season, guests are also provided with a sun terrace and an outdoor pool. Guests can also rent the LOBBY BILLIARDS & POKER BAR VILLA IVICA gaming area (rental of a private gaming area, for min. 1 and max. 12 people - billiards with support, electronic darts with support, poker table for max. 8 players with support, table football for max. 4 people with support) Other things to note We also offer guests other accommodation services that are not included in the price of the accommodation. We can include the order of these additional services, as listed below, in the final invoice - tax document. The final price of the service/services will be determined by agreement. NEW: possibility of parking in the hotel area. Paid parking is only for classic passenger cars! ATTENTION: vans and larger minibuses are excluded from the use of this service. The price of one parking space is =5.00 EUR per 1 night. At the same time, we offer the possibility of parking in the garage, which is also intended only for parking classic passenger cars. The price of one garage space is =10.00 EUR per 1 night. The parking capacity is 3 cars + 2 places in the garage, a total of 5 parking options. Motorcycle parking is included in the price = 5.00 EUR per 1 night, on a special, partially covered stand with a total capacity of 4-5 motorcycles. Above the hotel, within 25 m, there is a large free public parking lot.
