This part of the lake is considered seasonal water and prior to May and after September, our cove can look more like a river than a lake, there is no guarantee that you'll have access to the dock but the boat launch is available year round. ** Saturday to Saturday only during peak season. The entire home is available. Available via phone or text anytime. We are in a gated community in the Cumberland mountains and in a very rural area. We have a communal pool during the summer and private boat access. We are about a 45 minute drive north of Knoxville, TN. Recommend you drive and private parking is available at the house. We require a signed contract prior to your stay with us, as well as a $700 refundable damage deposit. We will email the contract to you upon booking and receipt of the information requested for the contract. Any violation of the contract, house rules, or any damages are subject to forfeiting all or a portion of your damage deposit. We provide clean, neatly placed linens at the foot of the bed. We do not make the beds. We provide bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels, but no toiletries or hand/dishsoap. We provide one starter roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and two dishwasher pods.
