This 3BR (plus loft)/2BA house on West Point Lake is perfect for a family adventure, getaway, or fishing trip. Plenty of land to roam with a fire pit to enjoy the great outdoors. This house is ready to entertain - a great room with kitchen, tv, and new appliances. You will love the peace and quiet this home provides! Large open concept living room with a vaulted ceiling and integrated kitchen provides ample space for hanging out. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a full-size bunk bed and a pullout trundle bed. There is one bathroom downstairs with double vanity and a walk-in shower. There is a loft above main room that has a full size mattress. The upstairs master suite has a king bed and a toddler bed. There is a master bathroom upstairs that has a huge shower with 2 showerheads. The back of the house looks out into the woods and you can enjoy it from the deck or the screened porch. Take a short 5 minute walk down to the lake and find some peace and quiet in our secluded cove. Guests will have access to the full house during their stay. The dock is a shared family dock that may be used by others during their stay. Our interaction will be on as an as needed basis. Quiet, secluded, and serene. The house is about 15 minutes from the nearest grocery store and liquor store. You will need a car to get around out here. Cell phone service is questionable as the house is in a fairly remote area. There is no cable at the house. There are 2 smart tvs, one in the main room and one in the bunk room. Smart TVs have Netflix, Disney and Hulu subscriptions available. Please note that the dock is a shared family dock and both boat slips may be occupied during your stay. If both slips are full there is plenty of room to tie off to either side of the dock.
