Perfect for families and great for entertaining. Furry pets are welcome. Heated Pool On two doors are key pad locks with codes. Codes given in welcome letter. At least 10 cars can park in the driveway. There is no parking on the street. There is a drive-up path next to the house for unloading and for easy access for anyone that has difficulty walking. Water Mill, NY Because of Water Mill's central location, it's quite easy to get to Southampton, Bridgehampton, or even Sag Harbor, all along the back roads. And those back roads come in handy during the summer months. It’s a bustling community with a vibrant arts scene , beautiful beaches and multimillion-dollar estates. Driving on Deerfield Road is icandy. The sprawling farms growing local produce providing fresh veggies during the summer and fall months. The Horse Ranches - It’s a photo op when the horses prance in the fields. The Hampton Class Horse show at the end of August is a ‘must see’ event. There are 3 ways to get from NYC to Water Mill: •Car 96.2 miles about 1 hour 50 minutes •Train-LIRR from Penn Station to Bridgehampton or Southampton about 2 hours. •Bus- There are two private bus lines, Hampton Luxury Liner and the Jitney about 2hours 30 minutes.
