If there is evidence of smoking after check out, you will be charged a $1,000 fine. To protect the host and guest, we require an email address so that we can send over our standard lease agreement to be completed. The first things you notice as you step into the Neptune Loft are the striking black and white color palate and the floor-to-ceiling retractable windows that showcase the city skyline. This two bedroom, two bathroom flat and its abundant 1265 sf open concept plan offers plenty of seating and room for guests to mingle as you host a dinner or viewing party. You may decide to utilize the fully-equipped modern kitchen for preparing a gourmet meal or simply for reheating the remnants of last night’s dinner from one of the amazing restaurants within walking distance. Each of the two bedrooms has its own distinct aesthetic vibe but offer equal comfort and privacy with its plush mattresses (one king, one queen) and high thread count linens. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large glass shower, and the full guest bathroom features a tub and shower combo. Each unit at Ponce City Market includes a washer and dryer and access to secure parking. The 80-year old building was a southeast hub for Sears Roebuck & Co.; every flat includes freshly sealed-and-stained concrete floors, steel-frame windows and a unique design that highlights the best of modern living with historical appeal. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
