Come and enjoy this 1500 square foot This Non-Smoking cabin features sliding glass doors in the family room that open onto a sixty foot deck overlooking a truly breathtaking spectacular westward view. Enjoy incredible romantic sunsets every evening from the partially covered 60 x 12 deck that faces West, only to be followed by a display of shooting stars later that night while roasting marsh-mellows around the fire pit. This cabin is centrally located to maximize recreational vacations couples entire cabin mountain setting 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive recommended. Cabin is 3500 feet in elevation. Rental agreement is required with refundable $200 deposit. Guide to Cabin Upon Entering Cabin... Enter code xxxx*(yes, press the Asterisk symbol) to open the door. To lock upon leaving, hold the door closed and press any number once. The house alarm should be beeping upon entering the cabin. Press code xxxx1 to turn off alarm. Upon leaving, you can reset the alarm by pressing #2 on the keypad. All doors have to be closed when setting the alarm. If you set the alarm off contact me at 813-781-5558. Smoking... Absolutely no smoking within the cabin is allowed. Smoke outside please. Dispose of your butts in the either of the 2 smoking buckets provided for you outside. Water Heater... The water heater switch may be off. Just open the fuse box in the laundry room and flip the switch on marked Water Heater. Water... Water availability is a big concern for mountain homes. Please be conservative with your water use. There is only 1500 gal of water available. Once emptied, there is no more water available to you. I would suggest using bottled for water for drinking. Toilet... Please never dispose of unsanitary items into the toilet as this will immediately clog the septic tank. You'll need to supply your own Toiletries. Sliding Back Door... The back door is a sliding glass door. There is a red security stick at the bottom right slider that must be removed to open the doors. To unlock the right slider door turn the lock near the handle clockwise approximately a quarter turn or until it is verticle. To open left slider; unlatch the latches at the top and bottom on the inside door face. When locking the door always pull left door first and relatch. Now slide right door and turn lock counter clockwise or until horizontal. Replace the red security stick when leaving the premises. NOTE: When locking the right door, please close the right door firmly, DON'T SLAM IT, against the left slider(which must be latched), than turn the lock counter clockwise until knob rests in a horizontal position. Family Room Ceiling Fan... A remote control for this fan is located near the phone on the wall. There is also a dimmer button on this remote for the light on the fan. COMPUTER... A PC computer is available in the guest bedroom. The password is Chiro1. Please know, broad band internet is much slower then cable. It also may not work when its raining or heavily forecast. I would suggest using the WIFI on your smart phone and that password is in a cup in the guest room. TV Remote... There are 3 remote controls at the cabin for the TV and Stereo. Instructions are on the back of each remote regarding there function. To Turn on TV: Look on the back of remote to view which black remote turns TV on/off. To Change Channels: Use Black remote with 2 small red buttons at the top. Use blue buttons to browse through the channels. This remote also turns Satellite function on and off. To watch a DVD movie...use black remote that has SOURCE ON IT. Press that button and scroll down one. Now you can use gray remote to control DVD functions. Fire-Pit Wood for the firepit may be obtained at the local grocery store or you can simply find it on the mountain. Please cover your flame with the screen cover provided. Always extinguish all fires before leaving the premises. Grills There are two Grills, Gas and Charcole. Please clean the grills after using them. If not, a $25 charge will be subtracted from your $200 deposit. FIREPLACE... Please use fireplace from October 1 thru March 31 only. Keep Glass Doors open at all times. There is black knob to the bottom right side. The actual pilot lite is a little further back to the left of the black knob. It's a small metal tube. To lite: Use the long lighter and hold it to the pilot light while, at the same time, pressing the black knob in and turning it to the left a 1/2 turn. The pilot lite should light. Now release the knob and turn it another 1/2 turn to left to ignite fireplace. Adjust fireplace accordingly. If fireplace fails to lite you must turn black knob back right or back to the pilot position and light it again. PLEASE KEEP FIREPLACE TO A MAXIMUM 3 HOUR BURN/DAY... NEVER LEAVE FIRE UNATTENDED. TURN UNIT OFF PRIOR TO GOING TO BED. SUPPLIES Please know that we do not furnish any tissue or toilet paper. All sheets, pillows and towels are available on site. Washer & dryer are on site.
