If you find yourself downtown with a vehicle, the parking ramps and meters are free after 6:00pm. If you don’t have a vehicle, Rochester has both UBER and Lyft. If you have a vehicle, ONLY park in the driveway or garage (opener on counter). Do NOT block the alley. Street parking is permit only during the week.
