B&B Domu Prexada offers rooms with spacious bathrooms, individual access from the terrace for your independence. An ecological vision: recovery of furniture, solar panels, reuse of waste water. Being close to nature, listening to the birds in the hammock, cooling off in the pool, eating vegetables from the garden. Strategic location in the South of Sardinia, access to the 7 Fratelli Park 10km, Costa Rei and Villasimius about 45 km and Cagliari 25 km. Car needed The space Room 1 follows a Mediterranean inspiration. The decoration is made of recycled furniture and objects and mixes natural weavings, wood, Indian and African fabrics with the relaxing dominant blue. The room is 17 m² and has a double bed and a single bed. The private bathroom of 6 m² has a multi-jet shower. A baby bed can be added. as well as a high chair, a changing table, a baby bath and baby toys. A heat pump ensures good air conditioning of the room (cold and warm). Access is directly from the east-facing terrace. Breakfast can be served inside or outside on the terrace in front of the room or in the garden under the trees. Since 2022, the recycling of water to water the garden, the solar panels and the solar thermo testify to a strong eco-sustainable will.
