No Pets in the Pool – Pets are not allowed in the pool at any time. $500 We clean the pool filter in-between guests and should there be noticeable pet hair in pool filter, $500 fine will be applied to your stay. 2. Vinyl Liner Protection – The pool has a vinyl liner; to prevent damage, avoid bringing any sharp objects into the pool. If the pool liner is damaged due to the negligence of the renter or any guests, the renter will be responsible for the full cost of replacement. 3. No Glassware – For safety reasons, only plastic or non-breakable drink ware is allowed near the pool. 4. No Running or Diving – The pool area can become slippery; please walk carefully and avoid diving. 5. Children Must Be Supervised – An adult must always supervise children while they are in or around the pool. 6. Use Pool at Your Own Risk – There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests assume all responsibility for pool use. 7. Cover or Secure Pool Toys – When not in use, please remove or secure pool floats and toys to prevent damage or clutter. 8. Respect Quiet Hours – Please be mindful of neighbors, especially during quiet hours (if applicable, specify time).
