The open-concept living area is the perfect gathering spot after a day at the beach, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and a collection of games and books for all ages. Kitchen & Dining Prepare delicious group meals or tropical drinks in the fully equipped kitchen. You'll find everything you need, including: -Stainless steel appliances with a filtered indoor water/ice maker -Both drip and Keurig coffee makers (coffee provided) -A blender for beachside beverages -Dishwasher for easy cleanup -Children's dinnerware -A large dining table for sharing meals and making memories Outdoor Oasis Step into your private, fully fenced backyard oasis. Spend your days soaking up the sun on the spacious pool deck, complete with ample seating, sun loungers, and a picnic table. As evening falls, enjoy the magical ambiance of the pool, beautifully lit up at night. The covered patio features a charcoal BBQ grill and an additional picnic table for perfect alfresco dining. Please note: The private pool can be heated on demand from November through April. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10) -Primary Bedroom: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom. -Second Bedroom: Queen bed with a dedicated workspace. -Bunk Room: Two sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), perfect for kids. -Living Room: Comfortable sleeper sofa. For your convenience, an in-home washer and dryer are also available for your use. The city mandated rules: **Maximum of 10 people regardless of age, and 4 vehicles allowed to park only in our driveway in keeping with Port Aransas Ordinance.** **Minimum age of 25 to rent for all adult guests, ID required for primary renter who will be on site during the entire stay to verify age and signed contract prior to receiving check-in instructions & door code.** **Max of 2 pets up to 40 lbs each. Pet fee is added by selecting number of pets in guest listing. Pets MUST be added prior to arrival, additional information may be requested.** Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire home. This includes the house itself, the private pool, and the fully fenced backyard. Entry is seamless and secure with a keyless entry system. A unique personal door code will be provided prior to your arrival, which is active from 4:00 PM on your check-in day until 11:00 AM on your check-out day. Please note: To ensure our home is perfectly clean for every guest, we DO NOT accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs during holidays, Spring Break, or the peak season from May through September. Other things to note Booking Requirement: To finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions, our insurance provider requires a signed rental agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID from the primary renter to verify the age requirement. Must be 25yo+ to rent. Security: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are present on the exterior only. Check-in/Out Policy: To ensure our home is perfectly clean for every guest, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs during holidays, Spring Break, or the peak season from May through September. Max weight of pets is 40 lbs, max number of pets is 2. Must be pre-approved and pet cleaning fee is required. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside our home in keeping with Port Aransas ordinance. Do not leave pets locked in rooms when not accompanied in our home.
