Casa Mia is our dream house directly on the beach. My house is 50 feet to the beach and one mile to the city park and pool and 1 1/2 miles to Times Square, nightlife, the city center . You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, and the beach. Our house is great for couples, families and family reunions who want a quiet getaway. Our house is on a quiet residential street with no late night parties. We do not rent to large groups and you must be 30 or over to rent (sorry). This is a non smoking and no pet house (sorry). Our beach community has come back to life. Fort Myers Beach still has scars from the hurricane however the beach is coming back to life. The beach looks great, restaurants and bars are reopening and parasailing is back. Food truck courts are now a new addition to the beach. Live outdoor music is back. The Yucatán, Dixie Seafood Co., Wahoo Willys, Bonita Bills, Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo are some of restaurant’s now open (26 bars and restaurants are now open). Margaritaville is now open and open to the public with 6 new restaurants, bars and day spa and other beach activities. The Beach trolley is running. The Publix grocery store and CVS are open. Casa Mia is a newly remodeled house directly on the beach with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the most spectacular sunsets in the world. Our house is perfect for couples or families. Casa Mia is approximately 3000 sq ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The house comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. The exterior is tastefully designed with a Key West style. Walk right out to the beach from your private patio Enjoy the pictureque sunsets, the calm beach waters and sounds of the waves and ocean. Watch dolphins play, collect seashells in abundance, revive the mind, body and soul. The interior is beautifully decorated in Tommy Bahama style furnishings and include granite, tray ceilings and numerous ceiling fans for accent flair. Casa Mia boasts an absolutely stunning master suite with built-in Jacuzzi with candle light accents and walk-in closet. Living and Family areas have flat screen TV's, WIFI, cable and multi-level balconies. The private elevator offers convenience and ease for groceries, luggage and pure vacation mode. This property is the ULTIMATE LUXURIOUS beach home! Our house is located mid island and is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of water sports including jet-skiing, parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. (Jet-ski and boat rentals are available.) And there is a community swimming pool with water slides. All of these activities are within walking distance of our house. And there is world-class golfing nearby. The upper floor has a large master suite with a king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island, and spectacular sunsets. The bathroom has a large walk in double jet shower. There is a large jacuzzi tub in the Master Suite. There is a 55' HD LED television and DVD player in the room with a movie theater Bose sound system. The private balcony provides gorgeous views of our world renowned sunsets. There is an oversize reclining chase on the balcony for your relaxation. There are his and her sinks and a large walk in closet. You can open the windows and doors to enjoy the gentles sounds of the ocean waves. Perfect for relaxation. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed, private full bathroom, walk in closet and a HD TV and DVD player. The third bedroom located on the main floor has a queen-size bed, 45' HD TV and with a private bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a full size sleeper sofa on the landing by the elevator and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a full size sleeper in the elevator foyer. There is also a queen size air mattress. The kitchen is gourmet in every design with breakfast bar and state of the art stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, glass cooktop, oven, coffee maker and more. All necessary cookware, drink ware and dinnerware is available. The spice bar is loaded and all the gadgets you'll need are here whenever you are cooking in. We also have a weber gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many restaurants nearby. The family room has very comfortable furniture, a 55-inch HD TV, cable TV, a DVD player and a surround-sound home theater amplifier. There is a large balcony with dining table and chairs off the dining area. This area is perfect in the morning to enjoy breakfast and watch the dolphins swim off shore, sometimes swimming within 10 feet of the shore. This is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet dinner with a glass of wine while enjoying our spectacular sunsets. There is a beautiful large patio on the ground level with a large dining table and many chairs and sofas and a 45' HD TV. There are beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the patio and a private walkway to the beach. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and heating, a full-size washer and dryer, along with bed and bath linens. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for you to use. There are wagons and coolers on wheels provided to get your things to the beach. The beach is a short 30 second walk from our house. There are restaurants and beach activities such as parasailing and banana boat rides within a short distance . The downtown Times Square entertainment district is 2 miles trolly ride or drive from our house. There you will find many excellent outdoor restaurants and bars, both gulf side and on the back bay. There is an information book in the house which provides information on what to do, where to go and best restaurants. The free beach trolley stops in front of our house. A new Publix Supermarket and Snookbight Marina with boat rentals and excellent Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo restaurants are a block away and a drugstore, movie theater, and shopping are minutes away by car or island trolley. It is a home, not a typical "rental" property. The location could not be better. Steps from the beach. The owner has made sure that chairs, umbrellas, coolers beach towels etc are easy to grab and go to pop down to the beach on a moment''s notice, making it easy to have a spontaneous relaxing experience. One block from Publix grocery store. The views from the two verandas are spectacular and relaxing. The house has everything you need to cook and relax at home, but is also perfectly located to allow a sunset walk on the beach to a gourmet restaurant on the beach, followed by a short Uber ride back. The house itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms afford maximum privacy. The main floor laundry room was so convenient. We have returned to this lovely home 4 times and have plans to return there the next time we are in Fort Myers Beach.
