Disclaimer to my guests. KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK :) * This is a self-serve home, meaning that we do not replenish disposable toiletries during your stay. I would love to but unfortunately I do not have the capacity to operate like a hotel. Our current cleaning company provides the following items to welcome you. > 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom > Bar hand soap > Travel size shampoo/conditioner/body wash > Dish soap and sponge > 2 dishwasher pods > 3 trash bags > 1 roll of paper towels * There is a Big Lots, Winn Dixie and Publix within 10 mins or less from the home. * This is a Three Story Townhome. First floor is the garage, second and third floor is the living area. This is why we have gorgeous water views from 4 balconies. No elevator. * Regular Coffee Pot (bring filters/coffee/sugar/cream if needed) * We provide two beach chairs. If you need more, South shore Watersports Rents Chairs and Umbrellas for $5 (all day use). * There are two Marina's onsite for a boat slip and more information contact Little Harbor Marina in Ruskin and/or Antigua Cove in Little Harbor in Ruskin. Search them online. * You can park your trailer and boat in carport, usually fits. If not, there is a cul-de-sac where you can park with a parking pass. * You can rent Fishing Poles/Bucket and buy bait at the Marinas as well. * How do I check in? I will contact you for your check in process and will give you the updated door code the day of your arrival. FLOOR PLAN: * First Floor: is the garage and carport. * Second Floor: living room, kitchen, dining, half bath and large balcony. * Third Floor: washer/dryer, two bedrooms, one full bath, 2 balconies in each bedroom. GUEST MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS: * No smoking * Follow Community Rules and quiet hours * No Street Parking * Guests must report any issues immediately upon arrival and send photos. * Guests must agree to give access to maintenance, cleaning lady or management if they need to enter to resolve an issue. * Guests must be aware that we do not replenish disposable toiletries * I will report any incidentals to my host during my stay. * We understand that things happen during your stay and that is why I have a local Maintenance company ready to come out and help if an issue happens. We strive to have the home perfect for your arrival but if we do miss something, we want to know and want to make it right. New***PAY-TO-PARK for the beach only. You get free parking in the community parking spaces which are a short 2 minute walk from the beach! So it is best to leave your car in the free parking space and walk down to save $$ ;) Golf carts park for free at the beach. Pack your car, load the beach gear and head to Sarasota beaches, Bradenton beaches, Saint Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach! It's worth the drive, plan to stay the whole day! There is so much to do! Then come back to our peaceful community and enjoy the quiet, traffic free life at the end of the day. Want to enjoy Tampa Bay but also visit Disney? Make the drive! It's worth it! Our homes are large and cozy for families, hard to find a deal like this near Disney. Many families book here and drive to Orlando. Here is a secret, Orlando doesn't have the nice beaches we have :) Stay here and drive to Disney for the day! That is the best way to get the best of both worlds! We kindly ask that you respect that not all of our visitors have pets and some may have allergies. We want to ensure you do your part in keeping up with shedding. Additional fees apply if shedding is found on our furniture, carpet, linen, towels. If your pet sheds a lot, you must vacuum regularly, keep them off of the carpeted areas and keep them off of furniture. If your pet climbs, please remove our linen/bedding and cover with your own linen. Cover couches with your sheet or sofa cover during your stay to ensure that shedding is not left behind. If your pet needs to be crated when they are in a new environment, please bring a crate. Always pick up after them when walking them. Lastly, we ask that you do not leave your pet unattended for long hours. Some pets bark for hours and neighbors will complain. WILL NOT TOLERATE: Guests who are looking to stay for free or looking to scam homeowners. We believe that mutual respect and communication is crucial for a successful stay. These are large homes and like with any home, issues can arise. We kindly ask that guests understand that communication and cooperation is key to resolving a maintenance or cleaning issue. Our responsiveness and willingness to resolve anything to ensure a good stay is guaranteed. Guests will receive the door code at noon on check in date! Check in is at 4pm unless we already approved earlier check in.
