Wildlife enthusiasts will find impressive landscapes to observe and photograph animals in their natural habitats. Binoculars, cameras and field guides are essential! Well appointed home has formal living and dining rooms with a TV in the living room and pretty views from dining room window. Great room is an ultra comfortable place to enjoy gas fireplace or watch TV. Internet and Cable television are complimentary. Fully stocked kitchen with eat-in area has granite countertops, an island for serving food, high top table seating and window views that will prove distracting to the chef and helpers. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. Highchairs are available to rent. Four bedrooms, including the primary suite, and two bathrooms are upstairs. Primary suite features a deluxe king bed, ample closet space and cozy reclining chair for viewing TV. Enjoy morning coffee and stunning sunrise and mountain views from the private balcony off the primary suite. Primary bath includes divine garden tub, dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. Everyone's happy because the second, third and fourth bedrooms all have king beds, TVs and ceiling fans. Bedrooms share a pretty second bath with dual vanity sinks and tub/shower combination. A hair dryer and soap are provided. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. The fifth bedroom is on the first floor and also has a king bed and bath with a tub/shower combination. Completely stocked laundry room is pristine and ready to help you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Garage has space for 2 vehicles and your clubs or other recreational gear. There are 3 adult bikes at the home for guests to use for sightseeing within the community and beyond. Behind the home is the resort-style backyard - your own private oasis with golf course frontage. Pool has optional heating for a fee. Hot tub offers romantic moments under sunny and starlit skies. Private putting green keeps you at the top of your game. Covered patio has cozy furnishings and gas grill for wining and dining with your favorite people. Outdoor fire pit is a wonderful gathering area to plan or review your Arizona adventures. We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation. The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement’s guest list. The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits. AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
