Please check "Additional Rules" Having the home sit on the beach is very unique. The beach and water activities are right at your fingertips. The home and beach property is available for your private use. The cabin in on the highly desirable Burton Peninsula. The boat launch is handy if your bringing your boat. And the center of the Peninsula has hiking trails. One of the trail heads is right across street from the driveway. You'll notice many locals taking advantage of walking around the loop. There is also a cute little grocery store and coffee stand that is fun to walk to. There are bike rentals across from the little Burton grocery store, next to the coffee stand. The boat launch has kayak rentals if you need more than the ones I have provided.
