Beautiful country house in Puerto Quito

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place surrounded by nature, with a warm climate and wonderful common areas, the perfect place to rest from the noise of the city. Located in an area with a humid tropical climate whose temperature fluctuates between 21 to 30 degrees Celsius, it is an ideal place for birdwatching and other fauna such as amphibians, insects, etc. NOTE: The kitchen and shower are electric, so they may not be available due to power outages. The space The house has: - A bedroom with a double bed. - Bedroom with a bunk bed for 1 1/2 people. - A living room with a sofa bed for one and a half. - A small kitchen (Kitchenette) with an induction stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and sandwich maker. - Folding dining table. - TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video - High-speed fiber optic internet. Guest access The house is located in a private development which has several communal areas that guests have access to. It has an artificial pool complex (slides, a pool with children's games, Jacuzzi-type pools and 2 large pools, changing rooms, artificial grass areas and chairs for sunbathing). The water is not heated but due to the climate of the area it is generally very cool to use them. It also has walking trails to a small waterfall where there is a small natural pool. There are 2 natural pools near the river, access to the Caoni River where there is a pier, bathrooms and changing rooms, a BBQ area near the river, basketball, soccer and volleyball courts. The entire development covers 30 hectares. Our house is a few steps from the entrance to the artificial pools and away from both the main road (Via Calacali - La Independencia) and the river. Other things to note The property is located 2 hours from the city of Quito, from here you can reach the Pedernales Beaches in 2 hours and 15 minutes, Cojimíes in 2 hours and 45 minutes, Tonsupa in 3 hours, Mindo in 1 hour, in addition in the Canton of Puerto Quito there are several tourist and adventure attractions such as: - Cascada del Silencio-Santa Fé (Silence-Santa Fe Waterfall) located in the Santa Fe enclosure, where you can enjoy hydrotherapy in its cool waters. - Macallares Waterfall located in the Tierra Santa enclosure, four meters wide; but in summer, it falls five meters on a gigantic rock. - Cascada Azul (Blue Waterfall) is formed by the Culebra River, 4 meters wide, forming a waterfall 15 meters high. - Piedra de Vapor (Steam Stone) is located in the waters of the Río Blanco (Blanco River). - Río Sábalo is a river of considerable size and depth. - Achiote River Mouth, the point where the Achiote River flows into the Caoní, is a true visual spectacle. - Playita Spa located in the 13 de Julio neighborhood Note: Pools are under maintenance every Monday, Tuesday and Friday until noon
