Log Cabin in Heart of Glencoe - beautiful views!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Great base for enjoying the nature, walking, and history of Glencoe. Climb the Pap of Glencoe from the doorstep. We're a mile from one of Scotland's most famous pubs, The Clachaig. Fully heated Log Cabin, set in stunning mountain scenery. Open plan bedroom/lounge/dining room, with kitchen and bathroom. Small decking with log-burning stove, and a picturesque stream running just past the front door. Free parking just opposite the caravan. The space The Log Cabin has an open plan bedroom/lounge/dining room. In this room is a double bed, and a sofa that converts into a single sofa bed - bedding is provided for this (stored under the double bed. ) There is a dining table and 3 chairs, and a TV. Though a doorway off the main room is a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a fridge with mini-freezer compartment, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery needed. Also off the main room is an ensuite bathroom - with a shower, toilet and washbasin. To the front of the property is a small decking with seating and a log-burning stove. This spot has fantastic mountain views, and a small stream trickling past the front door. There's free parking just opposite the cabin. Guest access Guests have access to the whole space for themselves. There are other holiday accommodation units nearby (static caravans and eco cabins.) Guests also have access to the Drying Room for any wet kit that they need to dry (hill-walking, kayaking, wild swimming kit etc) Other things to note We operate quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. Please, no loud parties - please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. The accommodation is 1.5 miles from Glencoe village and 1 mile from the Clachaig pub. There is no bus service along this road, so you will either need your own car, or be willing to walk from the bus stop in the village. (Taxi are sometimes available by pre-booking, but as we're in a small, rural location, these can not be guaranteed.) Only guests noted in the booking are allowed in the property (except by prior approval.) Please note that we have very little control over who books our accommodation.
