The home is located just outside of town in Williams, AZ you are less than 5 minutes from downtown and all the restaurants and shopping that Old Rte 66 in Williams has to offer. You can reach the Grand Canyon in less than an hour, making it perfect for a day trip. Alternatively, you could take the Grand Canyon train from Williams for a unique experience. Sedona is only an hour away from the home. The National Forest is just minutes away & offers many leisure activities such as mountain biking, hiking trails & opportunities to observe many types of wildlife. Keep in mind that this is an older home, though greatly cared for. Expect to find loving wear, quaint aging, and plenty of charm both inside and outside. The original owners of the home added rooms as their family grew, resulting in a unique and spacious layout. If you're looking for a modern or luxurious home, this may not be the right fit for you. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and dishwasher tablets. If you need additional items please support our local stores. There is a Family Dollar Store, Dollar General, and a Safeway grocery store all within 10 minutes from the home. There are 6 bedrooms and a total of 10 beds. Four of the bedrooms are situated along the long hallway by the entrance, while one bedroom is located near the game room and another is accessible by climbing the stairs within the dining area. 1.) Just a heads up, Williams AZ has an elevation of 6676 which might take a couple of days to get used to. In addition, we are a pet-friendly home and we are in the middle of the Kaibab Forest. The garage is detached and our handyman does sometimes come by to pick up work tools that he has in the garage. He does not access the home and will not bother you. This is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Williams. Being near the golf course, national forest, and minutes from downtown make this the perfect location for vacations. Due to my children's allergies, we are unable to host cats at this time. -Max 5 cars. No Street Parking. -RV parking no hookups allowed. -Limit laundry use to one full load a day.
