The Nautical Inn. Sleeps thirty-four guests. Downtown. Two spacious homes! PARKING FOR 13 cars. Parking in downtown Lake Geneva is not free or easy but we have 13 private spots for you! Downtown 1 block away. Walking distance to popular restaurants, the lake/beach, charming shops, nightlife and boat rentals. The amount of guests and private location can't be beat in Downtown Lake Geneva. *Separate rental agreement with owner may be required. The space The Nautical Inn A & B homes can accommodate up to thirty-four guests. 'Nautical' theme houses on same private property half acre. The Nautical Inn rental homes in Lake Geneva just steps to downtown and Horticultural Hall. Entirely private plus 13 off-street parking spaces. The public boat launch is only three short blocks away. The Nautical Inn is in a resort destination area and weekends being a premium we do not split up weekend nights therefore; we cannot accept Saturdays as a check-in or check-out day without prior approval. Guest access Checkin mid-June to late-August can be as late as 4pm with checkout at 10am when there is a guest leaving before you or entering after you. 2pm checkin and Noon checkout most of the time when renting non-Summer weekends......Airbnb does not allow us to advertise to separate checkin/checkout times throughout the year so please confirm with me and we will always work with you the best we can. Guests are supplied with a Welcome Letter prior to arrival which will include lots of information on the homes along with a numeric keycode to gain access into the homes. The homes are yours. We have a few areas that are private (owners closet/basement area). Other things to note Peak-Season (or back to back rentals) check-in is 4:00PM and check-out is by 10:00AM sharp as the cleaning staff needs to prepare the homes for arriving guests. During Off Peak-Season check-in is 2:00PM and check-out is 11:00AM however; most times in off season we are able to offer earlier checkin and later checkouts, happy to do that when possible.
