This 5th floor East corner property is unique in that you have glorious views of the Gulf from every room! Large open floor plan offer guests room to spread out. A large flat screen TV in the living room, wet bar with under counter ice machine and expansive kitchen makes entertaining a dream. The huge balcony invites you to loose yourself in the unbelievable views for miles. There's a half bath off the hallway for additional convenience. Wake up each morning with spectacular views from each of the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower.  There is guest bedroom with king bed and private bathroom, you could consider an extra master bedroom. The other two guest bedrooms feature one queen bed each and these also each have a private bathroom.   All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, two with DVD players. A little desk area, if you have to work during your stay. But who really needs to check emails, when the beach is calling. When you do want to venture out, in the main level of Phoenix West, you can enjoy the indoor pool, sauna or fitness room. This complex features the only lazy river on the beach along with water slides and another large pool for guests of all ages to enjoy. Take a walk, explore the area, as Phoenix West is centrally located in Orange Beach, AL. Sand, Sun, and the calming sound of the waves, a perfect vacation destination. All of this is waiting for you to come and enjoy the fun and relaxation our beautiful Gulf Coast has to offer. If you simply must get some work done wireless internet is available in the unit as well. Go hiking at neighboring Gulf State Park, or bird watch at Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge in Gulf Shores. This unit has a fully equipped kitchens, color TVs, and comfortable living room and bedroom furniture so you feel right at home. Parking passes are purchased at the Phoenix West front desk and 2 are allowed for this property. Passes are $52.00+ tax per vehicle per the length of your stay, not per night. Guests staying longer than 30 days must purchase additional parking credentials for each 30-day period There will be a Home Owner Association project that will commence on Monday, July 24, 2023. The project will be focused on repairing several cracks on the building’s west wall and is expected to take approximately 5 - 8 weeks to complete, subject to weather conditions. The repair process will include grinding the surface around the cracks, injecting epoxy, regrinding the surface, and repainting the areas impacted. To ensure everyone's safety, traffic access to the west driveway will be blocked off during the project's working hours, which are from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. During those times, all traffic will be routed to the east driveway. We understand the importance of maintaining optimal traffic flow, so we want to assure you that the west driveway will be open on evenings and weekends, allowing unrestricted access during those times. As much as possible, we will attempt to minimize disruptions to owners and guests. However, please be aware that elevated noise levels are expected on an intermittent basis throughout this project. Specifically, there could be significant construction noise during the times when the contractor is grinding surfaces. Again, the elevated noise levels would be intermittent in nature but would be limited to the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
