Welcome to Prana Residence–Spa, a private wellness retreat set atop 5.5 secluded acres in the forested hills of Cornwall Bridge, Connecticut, less than two hours from Manhattan. Designed as a unique geodesic dome sanctuary, the residence offers tranquility, privacy, and restorative spa amenities for an unforgettable stay. The space THE RESIDENCE HIGHLIGHT • Dramatic 25-foot high dome ceiling living space • Signature wood-burning fireplace • Fully equipped open kitchen • Three bedrooms, a loft, and three bathrooms • Private indoor spa facilities for your exclusive use - including: • Heated indoor swimming pool • Sauna • Cold plunge tub • Jacuzzi / hot tub • Solarium The Residence is fully furnished with cookware, linens, towels, and essential household items. In accordance with hosting guidelines, the refrigerator will be clean and empty upon arrival.   DURATION OF STAY & GUEST CAPACITY • The minimum stay is 2 days in general and 3 days during the national holidays • Maximum occupancy is 7 guests and includs children   BED ROOOM SETUP • Master Bedroom (Ground Floor) - Queen bed – sleeps for 2 • Second Bedroom (Upstairs)- Queen bed – sleeps for 2 • Third Bedroom + Loft in the same room (upstairs) - Two twin beds and a twin mattress on the loft floor – sleeps for 3   SAFETY AND SECURITY Knowing exactly who is on the premises is vital for safety. To maintain compliance, please ensure that all guests are listed on the Booking Information Form. This form will be provided to the guest and must be completed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Only registered guests listed on the Booking Information Form may access the property.   PROPERTY AND PRIVACY Guests enjoy exclusive use of the residence and its spa facilities, as well as access to the 5.5 acres of beautiful Boulders forest land, home to a variety of birds and wildlife. Caretaker residence is located at the rear of the building with a separate entrance and no direct view into the private areas of the home. Only the driveway is shared.   CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT ·       Check-in: 4:00 PM ·       Check-out: 11:00 AM   SPA USE Guests will receive an Operational Guide explaining the spa equipment and their proper use. However, spa facilities are used at the guest’s own discretion and responsibility. • Children must always be supervised • No glass or alcohol in spa areas • Shower before entering the pool • Follow the instructions provided in the Operational Guide   HOUSE RULES   To preserve the serenity and condition of the property: • No parties or events • Quiet hours after midnight • No smoking or illicit drugs inside the home • Only registered guests are permitted on the property • Furniture should not be moved or rearranged Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness and notifying the host of any damages or malfunctions.   PETS Maximum two pets may be allowed with our prior approval and your signed pet form Pet fee of $50 per night per pet must be paid directly to the host Pets are not permitted in spa areas or on furniture and must be supervised at all times. Certain breeds may be restricted due to insurance requirements.   ADDITIONAL SERVICES Guests may arrange for outside professional services of: • Massage therapy • Facial treatments • Private yoga sessions Upon request, we may provide a list of professionals; however, we assume no responsibility beyond these recommendations.   CANCELLATION POLICY • 60+ days before arrival- Full refund minus $200 administrative fee • 31–59 days- 50% refund • 30 days or less- No refund Travel insurance is recommended.   SAFETY & LIABILITY Prana Residence–Spa is a privately owned property.
