The space The cabin sits on 10 acres which offer over an acre of grass lawn along with steep wooded hills and 360 views of the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. Only one neighbor in sight - another tiny house log cabin approx. 60-70ft from ours. Landscaping and orientation of the cabin & deck have been strategically situated to maximize guest privacy. Guest access Guests have access to all of the property and cabin with exception of a locked shed used for storage & laundry. Long-term guests (staying 1 week or longer) will be provided access to the washer & dryer. Other things to note Guests must be 21 or over.
