Stunning villa near Mt Sutton & Jay Peak

CITQ# 286591 The villa is close to ski hills, vineyards, golf course, beach, shopping, restaurants, parks, art and culture and amazing views!. You’ll love my place because of the amount of space in the house (you'll never feel crowded!), the location, the views and the horses!. My place is good for couples, friend groups, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Unfortunately we do not cater to large parties or weddings or wedding receptions. No outside noise after 11pm. The space The villa hosts 7 bedrooms (three master bedrooms and one with fireplace!), 6 full bathrooms (4 with heated floors!) and a powder room. A huge chefs dream kitchen, large dining room, formal living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace, library with computer and desk, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, TV with surround sound, indoor heated pool, heart shaped lake for swimming/fishing, two large deck areas for relaxing/entertaining, firepit and plenty of trails to walk! No outside noise after 11pm. *** Furniture may change from what you see in the pictures. Depending on the season and condition of furniture we do our best to assure everything is near perfect for your stay. However things do break and our job is to replace things as quickly as possible. Which means we are surrounded by forests, lakes, trees and mountains. If you do not like the country side, this may not be the house for you. There is wildlife and bugs, as well as puddles and mud in wet weather. In the warmer months there are the occasional ladybugs and flies etc.. again this is a farm*** You can use the entire house for your family vacation, couples retreat, ski holiday etc! For those horse lovers we have plenty of horses to visit on site! However we are no longer offering horseback riding lessons as our horses are Professional show jumpers.
