Guests will have access to the entire common grounds, the yard, the beach area and the docks. The canoe is included with the rental. Please ask about details. We are located in secluded area of Sebastian / Roseland FL on a piece of property that has 5 additional bungalows that are long term permanent rentals! The Roseland Cottage faces east and is the only bungalow that is directly situated on the water. The Grant House is a quiet Old Florida getaway with little public transportation in the area, though you can call for a taxi. The cottage is fully furnished, with the exception of food and personal hygiene products. There is a canoe and BBQ grill available as well as a boat dock, horseshoe, and fire pit. Also, be sure to visit our restaurant in Grant FL just 10 minutes south. The Old Fish House Bar and Grill is a located directly on the water on Hwy US1 in Grant at the Treasure Coast Marina. Come by car (6 miles South of Malabar Rd - SR514 & 6 miles North of the Sebastian River Bridge, Look East for the 12 foot tall Red/White Lighthouse) or by boat (Channel Marker 35) for fresh seafood, great steaks, cold beer, cocktails, or a frozen drink on our outdoor deck. Serving breakfast Sunday from 8AM to 11AM, there is live music on the deck Thursday through Sunday afternoons, and the restaurant is open M-T 11pm - 10pm Fri and Sat 11pm - 1am and Sunday 8am - 10pm.
