Rentals in March, April and October may or may not include the pontoon... it depends on weather. After heavy rains, the yard closest to the water maybe be flooded. The house is elevated and cannot flood. Gas for the pontoon is included in rental price. When you arrive, the pontoon will have plenty of gas for hours and hours of run time. Do not add fuel to the pontoon. Due to the pontoon, paddle boards, kayaks, etc., two security cameras are located on the property. One is located on the north side of the house and faces the water the other is on the south side of the house facing the front yard.
