Pontoon INCLUDED in all rentals May 2026-Sept 2026! No extra fees for unlimited use of private pontoon, pier, paddle boards and more!! Rental price of our lakefront house includes the pontoon, deck, yard and endless activities!! Take the pontoon for a cruise, fish, swim, paddle board, kayak, watch the wildlife or have a bonfire!! Travel 15 minutes to the Indiana Dunes or 10 minutes to downtown Valpo. You will also be able to cook delicious meals on the propane grill & fully stocked kitchen The space Leah’s Lakehouse is a beautiful lakefront property on Flint Lake in Valparaiso, Indiana. May 2026 - September 2026 all rentals INCLUDE the use of the private pier and red 2018 18ft Sun Tracker pontoon with a 60hp engine!! Fuel for the pontoon and life jackets are also included. Rentals in April 2026 & October 2026 will include the pontoon weather permitting. We cannot guarantee the pontoon will be in the water. THIS IS WHY PRICES ARE CHEAPER IN MARCH, APRIL & OCTOBER!! Fall 2025 - Spring 2026, enjoy the beautiful fall and winter scenery, adorable wildlife and peaceful environment while sitting a few feet from the lakefront. Ice fishing was very active during the winter. There are plenty of hiking trails and bike paths throughout Valpo! ** THE PROPERTY CAN ONLY HOLD 6 PEOPLE TOTAL ** Parties, family gatherings, additional family members and additional friends are not allowed if it means more than 6 people will be on the property. Experience all the modern conveniences of a new home coupled with the quaint charm of a country lakehouse. Fishermen come from all over to fish Flint Lake. The fishing, especially bass fishing, was incredible in 2025!! There are also northern, perch, catfish and others in the lake!! If you plan on fishing from the yard or pontoon, make sure you have a fishing license. There is a fire pit in the yard along with plenty of seating! Rentals in March, April and October may or may not include the pontoon... it depends on weather. After heavy rains, the yard closest to the water maybe be flooded. The house is elevated and cannot flood. Gas for the pontoon is included in rental price. When you arrive, the pontoon will have plenty of gas for hours and hours of run time. Do not add fuel to the pontoon. Due to the pontoon, paddle boards, kayaks, etc., two security cameras are located on the property.
