Country Roads Inn- Huge Cape Cod style home in a partially wooded setting adjacent to River Riders Adventure Resort with evening sunset views, a hot tub, huge yard and lots of space for your group. Twin kitchens, cookware, dining space for 20 and a full finished basement mean plenty of place for your group to gather. Additionally when PAYING FOR EXTRA GUESTS, we have an annex with 3 extra bedrooms, a kitchenette, and 2 full baths. Must pay for 16 guests to access to all rooms. The space 2 story cape cod home with full finished basement with second kitchen and seating area. The Main home includes Bedrooms #1-5, Baths #1-3, Living Rooms #1&2, Kitchen #1 and Kitchenette #1, Dining #1&2, Patio, Laundry and the Hot Tub. Slope side home in the winter months to Snow Riders which allows for excellent access to the tubing runs. Lights, music, and potentially other guests on the slope may be seen and heard from the home. IMPORTANT NOTICE: When PAYING FOR EXTRA GUESTS, we have an annex with 3 extra bedrooms, a kitchenette, and 2 full baths - Bedrooms #6-8, Baths #4&5, Must pay for at 16 guests to have access to all rooms. If you pay for 13 guests you'll have one extra Bedroom #6, and one full Bath #4. If you pay for 14/15 guests, you'll have access to both bedrooms (6&7), and Bath #4. If you pay for 16+ guests, you'll have access to both of those bedrooms (6&7) and Bath #4 as well as an upstairs apartment with a separate outdoor entrance that has a queen Bedroom #8, Living Room #4 with TV, Dining Area #3, and Kitchenette #2. Those areas are only available to guests who pay the extra guest fees. Guest access Guest will be able to access the entire main home, basement and laundry room. Additionally when PAYING FOR EXTRA GUESTS, we have an annex with 3 extra bedrooms, a kitchenette, and 2 full baths. Must pay for 16+ guests to have access to all rooms. If you pay for 13 guests you'll have one extra bedroom and one full bath. If you pay for 14/15 guests, you'll have access to both bedrooms and the bath. If you pay for 16+ guests, you'll have access to both of those bedrooms and baths as well as an upstairs apartment with a separate outdoor entrance that has a queen bed, living/dining area with TV, and a kitchenette. Those areas are only available to guests who pay the extra guest fees. There may be a 3 or more night minimum over all Holiday Periods and other peak times. Property is adjacent to River Riders for convenient access to that and the Harpers Ferry Campground. All amenities like bikes, canoes, kayaks, and rafts are available at River Riders next door for a fee. Snow tubing operations will occur near the home during the winter months. There is also a hiking trail to the Shenandoah River nearby. Hollywood Casino is 4 miles away. Slope side home in the winter months to Snow Riders which allows for excellent access to the tubing runs. Lights, music, and potentially other guests on the slope may be seen and heard from the home. Refunds will not be given because of a routine mechanical failure of any device in the home. While we regularly maintain the homes, things break. We will make every effort to repair any item as quickly as possible, but we will not offer refunds for the failure of a device or ammenity in / at the home. Tesla charger is located at River Riders about 50 yards from the home that is Free for guests to use.
