It was built nearly 100 years ago by Superior Court judge William Bading as his hunting getaway and it is rumored that he utilized local skilled inmates to complete the construction. The light filled master suite enjoys its own balcony,...the views are really lovely from this room. This bedroom has a recently remodeled bath with tiled walk in shower. The detached guest house is located across lawn and features a full kitchen, full bath, and a comfy queen bed in the loft . This also has its own covered deck and space to get away. The outdoor spaces provide many areas to relax and enjoy the views. Relax on the lower deck area with adirondack chairs & fire pit under the glow of cafe lights, this is a wonderful little spot to watch the sun set behind the Olympics . The main patio has plenty of seating and great for entertaining. There is a fun spot down on the beach stair landing for two to enjoy a quiet view and a cold beverage. The yard spaces are perfect for badminton or a one handed croquet tournament. The yard is pretty private with well established gardens and hedges. Our home is located in a waterfront community neighborhood of Bremerton. It is 3 miles to the Seattle ferry terminal and minutes to highway 3 the main connection to Tacoma Seattle or north west to the Olympic Pennisula. It’s best to have a car. The ferry terminal is 3 miles away. Parking is available downtown to walk on or you can drive on for a day in the city of Seattle. Grocery stores and shopping are within a few miles. Our home is located within 10 minutes of the iconic Seattle ferry. It is also centrally located to explore the charming Port towns of Washington as well as the Olympic National forest or Mount Rainier.
