This freshly renovated PCB condo features new stainless-steel appliances, new sleeper sofa, new mattress and bedding, fresh paint, and a high-top dining table. Bright, clean, and coastal, it offers comfort and convenience in a central beachfront location close to everything. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, and everything needed for meals at home. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The bedroom offers a queen bed, smart TV, cozy linens, and tile floors throughout. The bathroom features a large walk-in tile shower with glass door. All linens and towels are provided. This unit overlooks the seasonally heated pool, ideal for supervising children. The resort also offers two additional pools, grills, a fitness center, and courts for tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard. Sunbird is a gated, family-friendly beachfront resort with controlled beach access, located on 500 feet of sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf water. Seasonal beach service (March–October) is included with loungers and an umbrella. Walk to restaurants, shopping, and attractions—Walmart is one block away and Pineapple Willy’s is right next door. Close to state parks, entertainment, and local attractions, this is one of the best locations in PCB. Guest access Parking is available for a one time fee of $35, Armbands are $6/person required for 10 and older There is a coin operated or cc laundry available on the first floor. Other things to note Primary renter must be 25 years of age and present during stay (ids are checked at check in), no exceptions, this is an association rule. During peak periods additional renter information required by city. ** This is NOT a party spot ** NO SMOKING (even on the balcony) NO PETS - No animals unless a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal (NO ESA are permitted) - this is per our condo association rules and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay. Parking at Sunbird is not mandatory for the guest. The cost is a one time fee of $35 (effective 3/1/26) and must be done online or there is also public parking available down the street, price fluctuates depending on time of year. Wristbands are required and are $6/person age 10 and over. IDs required to be registered for all guests over 18 due to additional city requirements.
