This stunning waterfront property offers endless opportunities for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating! Designed to showcase the lake’s natural beauty, the home features expansive windows on all three floors, providing panoramic water views from nearly every room! Guests cannot bring a personal watercraft to the house without prior approval. Due to past damages to our dock, we now have to charge a docking fee. The docking fee amount varies depending on the length of your stay. The space Sleeping and bathroom arrangements; Main Level: Master king Suite, extra full bathroom Third Floor: 2 king bedrooms, 1 full bathroom First Floor: 1 king bedroom with access to deck, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, game room, hot tub With three spacious indoor sitting areas, 3 outdoor seating areas on the deck—two of which are screened-in—there’s plenty of space to relax and take in the breathtaking lake views. Come and experience it for yourself! Guest access You will have access to the whole house, the Pergola with enough swings to seat 10 people and access to dock that puts you out over the water. You may also use our 4 kayaks and paddles, Lake is Great to fish & swim and enjoy the amazing lake sunsets. Other things to note We are pleased to welcome pets at our property with the following conditions: 1. A fee of $400 per pet is required, with a 50% refund if the house is left with no pet hair and no damages. You will be charged the full $400 with no 50% refund if found bringing a dog without permission. 2. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. 3. Pets must be crated if everyone leaves the house. 4. Guests must leave the house in the same condition as they found it. 5. All pets must be approved by host before arrival.
