Must sign the rental agreement, provide ID and submit refundable damage deposit f The space - Accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and 2 vehicles - No day guests and unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Maximum occupancy of 6 guests of all ages (newborn through adult). "Infants" booked on Airbnb must be counted in max occupancy. - Three Queen beds, a portable cot, and a pack n play provided - 🚶‍♂️ Please note: All bedrooms are a small step down from the family room. Watch your step! - Dog-friendly; up to 2 small to medium-sized dogs allowed with an extra fee per dog per night. - Dogs over 50 pounds require prior approval with additional security/damage deposit and/or fee Guest access **Within 4 Hours of Booking** To ensure a smooth check-in process and maximize your enjoyment, please take note of the following steps: 🔍 Provide a copy of your state-issued photo ID. 📝 Review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement. 💰 Submit a refundable Security Deposit of $500 at least 48 hours before your check-in via online payment app (if stay occurs less than 7 days from booking date) or via credit card if stay takes place more than 7 days away. Credit Card deposits will be returned LESS a $25 processing fee. 👥 Furnish the names of all guests for the occupancy agreement (Registered Guests). Note: Only individuals listed as "Registered Guests" are permitted on the property during your stay. No visitors or day guests are allowed. 🐾 Notify us of any pets accompanying your stay before your arrival, settle any applicable fees, and adhere to our pet policy. **Parking for up to 2 vehicles in driveway. No on-street parking permitted. 🚶‍♂️ Please note: All bedrooms are a small step down from the family room. Watch your step! Failure to meet these requirements will result in the inability to perform a self check-in. Check-in will be denied to any guest unwilling or unable to comply. Once all requirements are met, you'll receive instructions for electronic self check-in at the property. Note that check-in is available between 3-10 pm on your arrival date. Assisted check-ins won't be available after 10 pm; please notify us in advance if you expect to arrive later so we can arrange alternative access.
