The property is a 2 sided duplex, both sides are identical and used for rentals, the East facing side will be your home. It features an air conditioned 1,000 square foot inside living space, tranquil backyard and spacious parking. Bikes and beach supplies are also included for your stay! There are 2 private bedrooms, an open kitchen facing the family/dining room, and a separate entry room which also serves as a semi private sleeping area for 2 (using a Queen sleeper sofa). All furniture is high quality with comfortable sleeping surfaces. Plenty of sitting, sleeping, and stretching room for up to 4 people. Among other amenities, a smart lock for coming and going, a smart TV with cable included in both the living room and master bedroom, to keep everyone entertained, and Wifi to keep everyone connected. Security and safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior surveillance cameras. Guests will have full access to their respective side of the duplex.
