The master bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. The two other bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed and share a full bathroom. Ground level: Spacious living room with a gas fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, a work station, and a half-bathroom. High-speed Internet. Entertainment: Smart TV, DVDs, board games, toys, books, and X-Box 360. For our little guests: the stairs with baby gates, pack-n-play & high chair. Essential amenities and cleaning supplies are provided. No AC; window & floor fans provided. Gas BBQ grill. Washer & dryer (+laundry supplies). The entire home is available to you. Since we use our vacation home ourselves frequently, we keep our stuff there locked in some of the closets and a couple of kitchen cabinets. All other closets, wardrobes, drawers, and cabinets are open for your use. Please feel free to use the spices & condiments in the open cupboards and the fridge. The shed with beach/pool supplies is there for you as well. My husband and I are easily accessible via emails/text/phone and are good at responding to our guests promptly. We provide additional information about the condo and the area prior to your arrival date. We will check in with you after you arrive (we usually send a text message) to make sure everything is well and you're warm and happy there. The cabin rests in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. All our guests fall in love with its relaxing setting and the lovely creek behind the house. In the summer, there is a great, never crowded swimming pool in our community, steps from the house. You need a car to get around and to explore the best of the Tahoe area. Two parking spaces are reserved in front of the house. Additional visitor parking is available. The house has a smart lock. You will be provided with your unique access code for easy self check in. There is one external security camera near the entrance.
