You will appreciate the Eiffel-type metal staircase that will immerse you in an old ironwork workshop while offering you all the comforts for a relaxing stay: equipped kitchen, bathroom and walk-in shower, separate toilet, high-speed fiber internet, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, air conditioning, balcony and outdoor furniture... Its contemporary colors (taupe, gray, orange) combined with oak parquet and 'waxed concrete' slabs, and an industrial-style decoration make the place warm and welcoming. Its 3 openings, its automatic Velux and the glass floor of the room allow light to enter throughout the loft. It opens onto a quiet terrace overlooking a small square, with unobstructed views of the center of the village. It is located above a clothing store, without any noise, in the center of Genas, a stone's throw from shops. Private and free parking of cars is available at the back of the house (video-monitored parking). Oriented South East, it is next to the second 'Loft de Genas', the Villa. A common hall separates the 2 apartments that can be grouped together to accommodate 11 guests in total. Guest access Guests have access to 100% of the listing. They only share a staircase and a common reception hall with another apartment also welcoming travelers, 'Le Loft de Genas coté Jardin'. Parking is also common to the 2 apartments, private, it is free and is located behind the house. Other things to note The apartment is ideal for airport transits, as it is located 10 minutes from St Exupéry. It is also ideal for the proximity of Eurexpo Chassieu and its national and international shows such as Equita, Pollutec, or SIRHA, whether you are exhibitors or visitors! Genas is a small town near Chassieu, Meyzieu, St Priest, Pusignan, Villette d'Anthon and Lyon of course. A bank imprint of €300, not debited and secured via the 3DS banking protocol, will be requested from guests to ensure the smooth running of the stay.
