The space We have 2 rooms, one queen size bed and 2 single beds + 2 extra mattresses for additional people (you must request them from the host), Internet, two Smart TV screens (with Netflix and Amazon Video), board games to spend a pleasant time with children, friends and family, reading books, 20kg washing machine, clothesline, garbage container, microwave, hair dryer (one less thing to pack in your suitcase). 24/7 surveillance, elevator, 1 parking space inside the condominium, kitchen utensils and common Roof Garden, everything you need for short or long stays. Pet friendly, Welcome your pet maximum 2 small breeds. (you must register them in your reservation). (we put their bed so they feel at home). Guest access On the top floor, we have a common roof garden with chairs and tables. You can spend a pleasant afternoon overlooking the Pemex tower and Reforma and Polanco buildings. Other things to note Our apartment is in a condominium located in the Anáhuac neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo Delegation, on the third floor overlooking the street. We are on a main street that connects two of the area's most important avenues, Av. Marina Nacional and Av. México Tacuba, which makes it busy with pedestrians and vehicles at any time of day. Just two blocks away is the "Nuevo Polanco". So you'd be staying in a home that guarantees quality and service at a fairer price. The Anahuac neighborhood is a traditional neighborhood of Mexico City in constant development, which due to its excellent location facilitates access to important tourist places in a simple and fast way, either by public transport, car and even walking, such as the Historic Center, Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, Polanco, Museums, Theaters, Shopping Centers among others, also, a few steps away you will have access to the local harvest (market and grocery stores). Four blocks away we have a Metro station, “Colegio Militar”, which will allow you to move around the CDMX in an agile way, also by car, since two blocks away is the Circuito Interior, the main road that connects you to any point in the city.
