The complex has a pool and assigned free parking for two vehicles per condo. Walk to the beach or to the main street. Really close to many excellent restaurants and shopping places. The condo has a small balcony overseeing the pool, a King size bed, a Queen size bed, two twin size beds and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room The space Modern and spacious 3 bedroom condo at the heart of South Padre Island. This 2nd story unit is one block from the beach and features granite counters, stainless steel kitchen appliances, central AC, ceiling fans in every room, Cable TV, wireless internet and a washer/dryer combo strategically located inside the unit. The condo complex has a refreshing swimming pool. It also has free parking for up to two vehicles. From this location you can walk to the beach or to South Padre Island's main street, Padre Blvd, were many excellent restaurants and shopping places are close by. The unit also features keyless locks. Enjoy the day at the beach or at the swimming pool, and the afternoons enjoying refreshments at the back balcony, overseeing the pool. The Master bedroom has a comfy King size bed, bedroom #2 a Queen size bed and bedroom #3 has two twin size beds. There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. You will enjoy San Francisco II #6 and South Padre Island's breeze! This condo complex does NOT pets and neither it allow grilling in the common areas. Other things to note **** Weather events, including tropical storms and hurricanes, are not accepted reasons for cancellations, re-scheduling, or refunds (unless there is a government mandated evacuation or shutdown). We highly recommend to acquire Travelers or Cancellation insurance at the time of booking to protect your travel/vacation investment. **** Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels. This property does NOT allow parties, events or external visitors. **** This condo does not allow pets. **** Shared facilities and amenities are managed by San Francisco II and are out of the scope of control of the condo owner or this particular property manager. We will do everything in our power to communicate the complex management for resolution but we are not responsible for these amenities, neither for noise coming from neighboring condos or properties
