The house has two floors. The ground floor includes the living room and a half bathroom (no shower). Bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor. There is ocean view from bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. Bedroom 4 has a garden view and en-suite full bathroom. The house has four bedrooms: two with en-suite bathrooms and two that share a third bathroom. There are two living areas— one on each floor. The entire house comfortably sleeps 16 persons. Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen, 1 bunk bed with trundle bed Bedroom 2 - 1 King bed Bedroom 3 - 2 Single beds Bedroom 4 - 2 Double beds, 1 bunk bed The house is fully equipped, including sheets and towels. Guest access There is a limit of 16 guests due to space in the home and also due to the regulations of the complex. To enter the complex, you will receive an authorization letter indicating the name and identification of the people included in the reservation. This letter will also be sent to the development administration who will authorize its entry. Regarding parking: We have one assigned parking space in our complex. Occasionally, we have access to an additional space in another nearby complex, as long as it’s not in use. Additionally, there is an adjacent hotel parking lot about 100 meters away that usually has availability for extra vehicles. A housekeeper will kindly greet you upon arrival to the house and grant access. Other things to note Also, as an option, we have an amazing housekeeper who enhances your experience by preparing breakfast, lunch, and offering daily cleaning. Dinner service is not included. She is completely trustworthy and highly recommended to fully relax during your stay with us. She has been with our family for many years.
