It's a very cozy house with a small forest in the middle of the city, the spaces are large and well thought, specially for large groups since it offers a lot of areas, the florida room and the living room are full of light where you can work, watch TV on a large screen or just relax. There is also a large backyard to relax and chill with hammocks, plus a second house in the back with extra space, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with TV and dining room also. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is available in every bath for your convience. The second house opens for more than 7 guests. Guests have access to fully furnished main villa and outside area and after 7 guests they also have access to the guest villa. Bedrooms 1 to 3 are in the main villa and bedrooms 4 and 5 are in the guest villa. Early check ins and late check outs are at a rate of $35 per hour to accommodate for extra cleaners. Are available whenever possible. No luggage can be stored at the property for early check ins and late check outs. This will not be permitted. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests' use and occupancv of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss. The villa is equiped with outside security cameras. The cameras that are located on the outside of the villa are for the safety of our guests and neighbors. Please be truthful with the number of guest that are going to be on the reservation or your reservation will be canceled immediately with no refund or pay for the additional guests.
