Equipped to perfection, complete with a dishwasher, it features a chic bar area with stools, ideal for that morning coffee or late-night cocktail. When the city's sights and sounds beckon you outdoors, our patio serves as the perfect spot. A dining table, plush chairs, and a view to leave you spellbound—it’s Austin as you’ve never seen it! For your nighttime retreat, two majestic king bedrooms grace the main floor. If you're in a mood for something a little more secluded, let the spiral staircase guide you to a loft-style haven, where a snug queen bed and ample closet space awaits. Rest assured, every bed is draped in custom luxury hotel linens, promising nights of undisturbed slumber. Modern amenities? We’ve got them covered—from in-unit laundry to full bathrooms stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Please note, while we're animal lovers, pets aren’t permitted in this urban sanctuary. To top it off, two free parking spots in the garage ensure your vehicle is as pampered as you. Need more? Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties 4) No pets allowed 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) Minimum age requirement is 25 7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay 9) The reservation includes TWO free parking spaces in the garage 10) The elevator operation is controlled by building management, we can not guarantee this amenity
