Well appointed kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, serving ware and basic spices to prepare a all your meals. We have a 12-cup automatic drip coffee maker and a coffee grinder for your convenience. Enjoy your morning cup on the backyard and take in the soothing sounds of the steady flowing water from the waterfall. If you are in the Barbecuing mood, a propane grill is available for you to use on the deck - we provide the propane. Ample outdoor seating is available so you can savor your meals outdoors while enjoying the gorgeous views. Soak in the hot tub and relieve your sore muscles after a long day of adventure. Create a romantic ambiance while sitting around the propane fire pit in the backyard. Cozy up during the winter months with the wood burning stove (Wood is not provided) in the great room or entertain yourselves with the full-size pool table and Smart TV. “Smart TVs” in the living room and bedrooms are ready for streaming through Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and Amazon Prime. We can provide you with a Netflix username and password if you don’t have your own account. For game lovers, we have the arcade game, Street Fighter, in the lower foyer. 5 bedrooms, all with comfortable and clean linens for a good night’s rest. Two of the bedrooms are conjoined. The bunk room is accessible only by walking through an adjoining bedroom. 3 bathrooms, each stocked with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap for your convenience. Guest access Self check in by using our electronic keyless entry system. You will be provided an access code, which will expire after your check out time. As a backup, a lockbox code can be provided to unlock with a physical key. There is ample parking in front of the house and on the driveway for more than 5 cars. Other things to note Before booking, kindly note that we maintain a strict cancellation policy with no exceptions, aside from circumstances explicitly outlined as extenuating on Airbnb. We are happy to accommodate your pets! Our standard pet fee applies to up to two dogs (1-2). If you have more than two dogs, we can consider it on a case-by-case basis, with an additional fee. Any noise violations reported during this time may result in a $1,000 fine.
