Agave in Syracuse - a stone's throw from Ortigia

Welcome! Agave is a lovely apartment, furnished with care. It consists of kitchen/leaving with TV, bedroom (both air-conditioned) and bathroom on the ground floor. The attic, used as a reading and relaxation area, provides access to the terrace. We are in the Santa Lucia neighborhood, just minutes from Ortigia, Arch. Park of Neapolis, Arch. Reg. Museum "Paolo Orsi," Sanctuary of "Madonna delle Lacrime" and Hospital "Umberto I." The area is well served and close to highway entrances. Free Wifi. The space Agave has been renovated and redecorated. It is a great option for couples, but we have put a lot of effort into making sure that your babies have a pleasant and fun experience as well: for them we have equipped the house with a crib, hand-embroidered sheets, custom-made towels, toys and stuffed animals, baby bath tub and feeding chair. Your pets will also be more than welcome: you will find a kennel, water and food bowls and a few toys for them! Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance on the street. It is on two levels and has a small but lovely terrace for a nice breakfast with granita and brioche or a romantic aperitif! Other things to note House rules are basically limited to the rules of quiet living. In the house you will find files in which I have listed all the useful information about the house and the city of Syracuse. Here is what you need to know: - Please let me know your arrival time in advance so that I can make arrangements to welcome you as best I can; check in time begins at 4 p.m., but I am absolutely available to deliver the apartment to you in the morning as well, if I can. Check in after hours is possible in "self check in" mode, I will provide you with all the necessary information to easily access. Check out time is by 10 a.m., but again, I am extremely flexible in case it is possible. - The apartment has one non-divisible double bed; each pair of guests will have one set of double sheets and two complete sets of linens, which will be replaced free of charge every 7 days. An additional charge of €10.00 will be applied for each extra set of sheets and towels. - Your pets are welcome! We will provide a comfortable kennel and bowls for water and food.
