If you're in the area for work, we're just a 10-minute walk from SENASA, and a 5-minute drive from IFEMA and the Riyadh Air Metropolitan Stadium (formerly Wanda or Cívitas Metropolitano). Guest access Fully equipped to ensure maximum comfort. The room is equipped with a smart TV, air conditioning, and wardrobes. Bed linen and towels will be provided. Each bathroom includes a toiletries kit with 4 bottles of 20ml gel-shampoo, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 2 hand soap bars. You'll have access to all the spacious common areas on the lower floor, including the kitchen-dining area, the living room with a large TV, and the laundry room. In the kitchen, you'll find all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. We only ask that you leave everything as clean as you found it! :) The kitchen features an induction cooktop, oven, two microwaves, toaster, Italian coffee maker, electric kettle, two refrigerators with numbered shelves, and a freezer. The laundry area includes two washing machines, two dryers, an iron, and an ironing board. You'll only need to bring your favorite detergent. During your stay Both check-in and check-out are self-service. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. If you arrive after 10:00 PM, please let us know in advance. At that time, we kindly ask you to respect the rest of the other guests. We offer early check-in, subject to availability in the apartment. This service costs €20 and must be requested at least two days in advance. Please use the Airbnb app to notify us when you have vacated the room. If you do not respect the check-out time, an additional fee of €10 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay. We recommend leaving the keys in the lockbox when you leave the property. If the keys are lost, you will be responsible for the cost of an emergency locksmith service (€180, payable directly to the locksmith before unlocking the apartment). Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties from local authorities. Beds and towels are prepared for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Hosting more people than those specified in the reservation or bringing temporary visitors to the property is not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property. If we detect smoking in the room, a €45 additional cleaning fee will be charged for curtain and ozone cleaning. Please turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the room.
