En-Suite Room located in Streatham Hill

We are offering our spacious en-suite room located on the top floor of our family home. It comes with a dedicated work space, and has a smart tv.Tea and Coffee making facilities are available in the room. We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with ease of access to most central London attractions. During your stay you will be living with a family of three (us!) and our beloved cockapoo dog. The space The en-suite is our loft conversion and is located on the second floor of our home, while the door can not be locked, you will have the floor to yourselves. The en-suite room is suitable for professional singles or couples who may be visiting London or are in between homes without much luggage. It’s not suitable for students. The guests are welcome to use the microwave or store leftovers/take aways, snacks in the fridge, and make use of plates and cutlery however we do not permit cooking. Eating out will be necessary. The room has everything needed for a comfortable stay, a double bed, comfortable pillows, bedside tables,a reading light, a standing fan, wardrobe space, hangers, own shower and wc. Smart tv is with Apple TV, Netflix, Now Tv, and Disney plus. There is a designated work space and a monitor however you may need to bring your own cable for connection. The wifi is usually good. We accept guests that may work from home some of the time. Toiletries and towels are supplied. Towels/bedding can be washed and changed once a week only upon request. Guest access Please note the guests only have access to their room and their en-suite exclusively. Filtered water, ice and cold milk can be taken from the kitchen. Smokers can smoke in the garden. No cooking or laundry services offered. During your stay Having lived in London for over 15 years, and once a tourist myself, I’d help my guests if my help was required with their visit. I’ll be available to contact via airbnb app, or what’s app, if not at home. Other things to note Guests: Only pre-approved guests with ID verifications. Max 2 people. Check in strictly at 4pm - 10pm.
