Arrive and feel good! You can expect a 95m² renovated apartment in one of the most ancient farmhouses in the Klostertal. Above all, the common room with sofa, rocking chair, dining table, rustic farmhouse furniture and piled wooden walls invites you to cozy get-togethers after an eventful day. The mixture of rural coziness and modern flair also makes you feel comfortable with us. The space The apartment is divided into 2 floors on the 1st and 2nd floor of the "Haus Ganahl´s": 1st floor: - Living-dining room "Glong Stuba" 23,5 m² ... with sofa, sofa armchair, sitting area, satellite TV (room height: 1.85 cm) - Bedroom "Kristberg" 17 m² ... with double bed, wardrobe, mirror, balcony - not covered - Bedroom "Kuscheleck" 11 m² ... with two single beds (1.80 m long each), dresser, wardrobe, through door door through the bedroom "Kristberg" - Kitchen, 7 m²... fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, electric stove, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, etc. - Bathroom and toilet, 3 m² with shower, sink, - Toilet (separate) 2nd floor: - Bedrooms "Muttjöchle" 14 m² ... with double bed, satellite TV, bathroom with sink & shower - Bedroom "Herzl" 15 m² ... with double bed, wardrobe, mirror, through door door through the bedroom "Muttjöchle" Please note that the bedrooms ON the 1st floor and the bedrooms ON the 2nd floor are each connected TO A through door. Guest access The apartment in the house Ganahl is located on two floors on the 1st and 2nd floor. From 5 people, both floors will be provided. The ground floor as well as a room on the 1st floor is occupied directly by the family. Please note this is not a private, lockable apartment. Other things to note The Sonnenkopf ski and hiking paradise can be reached in 5 minutes by car, and the famous Ski Arlberg can be reached in about 20 minutes. With us you benefit from the Klostertal-Arlberg guest card with numerous free and discounted services - whether winter or summer. There is also a bread service in winter - fresh bread from the bakery every morning. Please note that in addition to the rental price, a local tax of €1.70 per adult/night (from 14 years) is payable in cash on site.
