Andy & Jan's Florida Vacation Home

This villa is on a golf course and is situated in a quiet peaceful residential area. It is 6 miles from Disney and only a short drive from lots of nearby restaurants. We have 4 bedrooms, which sleep 8 in total. Recently we have upgraded the property with new furniture and a new bed in the master suite and bedroom 2 now has a new queen bed. All linen and towels are provided, as are pool towels. Full washer/dryer facilities are available for guests. Guest access When guests book this house, they have the whole house to themselves. Other things to note Pool heat is an optional extra for guests. The daily rate is $18, with a minimum of 4 days usage.
