We are minutes to wedding venues, distilleries, wineries, 10 min Downtown Dripping Springs, 20 Minutes to Austin. The space Very spacious open plan with large bedrooms, huge back porch, large back lawn. Excellent space for small family gatherings, BBQ, lawn games, tree swing. Mosquito curtains and sun shades make the back porch a comfortable space year round. Try coffee on the front porch by the fountain! Everything you need for a relaxing visit is provided. Need something special? Just ask! Guest access Everything except the supply closet and the garage are available. Other things to note Dog owners: We have food and water bowls in the pantry, and we have a nice big dog run on the side of the house. Thanks to all who asked! Our commitment to cleanliness: We air out the house, run an ion air cleaner, clean and sanitize all the bedding, including covers, and thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces including light switches and door knobs.
