First Floor: 2 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with tub and shower; large bunk room with 6 twin beds (3 bunks) + 1 queen sleeper sofa + 6 guest cubbies with hanging rods to serve as closet/storage for each bunk room guest; loads of games and toys + TV; ensuite bath with large walk-in shower and 2 shower heads. Both downstairs king bedrooms open into hallway that also houses new washer/dryer + have (lockable) french doors that open into pool area.
