Tranquil Airy Railway Cottage Beach 2 miles
Description
The house is an end of terrace railway cottage, built from railway materials by the original railway workers in 1900. It provides deceptively spacious accommodation over 2 floors. It's clean, well-maintained and homely - ideal for a group of family or friends wanting to be close to Bournemouth and Poole town centres and to local beaches. Easy access to Studland, the Purbecks and the New Forest National Park. Close to the main route between Bournemouth and Poole - buses and train station nearby. The space Driveway parking for 3 cars (or 4 small cars), a very large open plan lounge-diner for great social times with family and friends, and a lovely garden with beautiful decking area for outside dining on sunny summer days. This is a family home which is being rented out for the summer so it's a really homely and functional space. Guest access Access is to the whole house and garden area except for a small cupboard on the first floor where linen is stored, and a workshop where gardening equipment and furniture is kept. Other things to note There is 1 steep but wide set of stairs. There is a bedroom with bunk bed on the ground floor for guests with restricted mobility. There is currently a WC and basin downstairs but no full bathroom available downstairs. This may change shortly so please ask for an update if this is something you require for guests with restricted mobility.
