Imagine enjoying a coffee and watching the start of another day in paradise. The space It is the turquoise water and beautiful white soft sandy beaches that draw beach lovers to our Coral Beach locale. We are on the south side of the island, which affords early risers a beautiful sunrise, and for those not so early risers, a relaxing day on the beach. Our spacious, modern, clean and up to date condo ensures a comfortable stay during your vacation. We offer all the amenities you expect, including a full kitchen with all the items needed to cook and enjoy a full meal, our appliances are new stainless steel. We provide basic kitchen supplies like oil, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and common condiments like spices, ketchup, mustard and sugar. We provide beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs. We have two bathrooms, one is an ensuite. Both bathrooms have glassed in shower stalls, modern and up to date. We provide plenty of fluffy towels as well. The two good size bedrooms feature queen size beds with hotel quality mattresses, with hotel quality bedding. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The smaller bedroom has a smaller closet built into the wall. Both bedrooms feature large dressers. We also have a queen size air mattress , if an extra bed is needed. There is cable TV in the living room and another TV with cable in the master bedroom , and fast wifi throughout the entire condo. There are various pool toys, beach toys and snorkeling gear for our guests use as well as lots of beach towels. Guest access The entire condo is yours to enjoy, the pool located beside the beach in front of our building, Riviera Towers, is available to you also. Around the pool are loungers and umbrellas for your use. We provide 4 beach chairs and 3 beach umbrellas for our guests to use on the beach, as the pool area chairs and umbrella's must remain on the pool deck. In the basement of our building is a laundry, operated by tokens you can purchase in the front office for $2 each. Our building has a parking lot with free parking that you can use if you have a rental car. Other things to note Please be aware that our building has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. This means house parties as well as pool parties are forbidden. We have a maximum limit of 5 guests allowed in our condo. If you exceed guest limit, or if you host a party of any kind, you will be told to pack up and leave immediately. You will not be reimbursed any unused rental time, and you will be billed an additional $300 USD via your security deposit. Please turn off the AC during the daytime while you are out enjoying yourselves, as hydro is very expensive on the island, instead, use our ceiling fans and/or open the windows to enjoy the ever present ocean breeze. No children under 12 years of age, as per condo building by-laws. No pets , as per condo building by-laws. No smoking allowed, if evidence of smoking is detected in our condo after you leave, you will be billed an extra cleaning charge of $300 USD, via your security deposit. We recommend getting a rental car during your vacation, as taxis are expensive on the island, and add up very quickly. We really like and recommend a local company, Convenient Rentals 9A Oak Street, Freeport, Bahamas This same company also offers wonderful boating excursions of all kinds....snorkeling, fishing, sightseeing , rental of glass bottom kayaks. etc. Be sure to ask us about these fun activities!
