Enjoy an amazing stay in this completely remodeled condo- a GREAT location in the Hidden Valley Condo complex. WALK to the Village Ski Lift which brings you directly to Canyon Lodge. Also conveniently located near the Lakes Basin bike path & road for summer and winter adventures such as fishing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking & more. Town of Mammoth Lakes CPAN #: TOML-CPAN-10651 The space This studio can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, and features an open-concept living area, full dining table/work station, and a lovely patio directly facing the forest that hosts Bluesapalooza each summer. Enjoy morning coffee or tea while watching the sun shine through the forest. This condo features a large kitchen for a studio condo and is fully stocked with cookware and dishes for your use. There are also community propane grills next to the pool if you would like to BBQ. Please note the BBQ is closed during winter season. The living space has a queen sized bed and also has a queen size pull-out couch to accommodate up to two more guests. Blackout curtains are throughout the condo. The primary heat for the condo is a thermostat controlled pellet stove which adds to the mountain ambiance and provides plenty of heat. There is also a Cadet wall heater for more warmth. Great home to base in especially during festival season and ski season, just park your vehicle, no need to drive anywhere! No pets please. PLEASE NOTE: during record high snow seasons, our complex (like most in Mammoth Lakes), will add plywood sheets to the balcony in order to avoid snow shattering the glass. This is done for the safety of guests. It may obstruct the views from the patio, but again, it if for guest's safety, and it just means we are having a record season- which we're all stoked about :) Guest access You'lI have access to our entire condo including a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, patio, dining space, and more. You may also use the picnic/BBQ area, the pool, jacuzzi, laundry room, and sauna. Hidden Valley just remodeled their spa in 2022, brand new and just in time to enjoy after those summer/winter activities! Please note: on site laundry is available by the pool and costs $2.50 for washer, and $1 for dryer, both in quarters.
