. BC and Canada does require a sales tax: 16% over the base price quoted on Airbnb. Airbnb has recently decided to charge our guest the PST of 8% + 3% tourism tax, directly from our guests. Once our guests reserve the remaining 5% GST will be required. This will be negotiated privately between guests and host. The space Our guests find that besides all of the activities to explore outside of our estate in the Harrison Hot Spring area, South Garden offers a restful and private area for families and groups to enjoy right on-site. Often they will spend most of their time enjoying the gardens, grassy areas, mountain forests and trails, hot tub conversations and gazebo visits, as the children are engaged in saftey, on the playground areas. Guest access Upon arrival our guests are invited to make South Garden facilities, and property their own. For bigger groups we also offer the TinyHouse ( fully contained cottage), as well as 3 trailer hookups (30 amp), also on-site, for a feasible extra cost. Other things to note The TinyHouse, also on the property, offers another bedroom along with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. (the added oven in the range is always welcome when a large group is booked) An extra charge of $125/night + tax would be required to add this beautiful and inviting Cottage to your rental plan. 3 trailer hook ups are available on-site (30 amp) Registration Details Municipal registration number: 9750 Provincial registration number: PM033692862
